The bathroom was large and well equipped. The beds were large and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and the hotel has a large free parking. You can sit in a very comfortable lounge, and the staff in the restaurant was very friendly.
The room was a bit narrow, the noise was coming from the corridor. The air conditioning was, unfortunately, very loud.

Marvellous and brilliant location, not too far from Boutique Lp. Positioned in the very nice area, really close to downtown where there are several restaurants, and downtown Asheville. Attentive and efficient staff, marvellous breakfast with plenty of food.
Not very friendly staff!

We liked the convenient location. Staff was nice.
Parking near the hotel want the greatest. The breakfast service/wait time was awful. Didn't seem ready to handle the number of guests for breakfast.

Compact, clean, tastefully decorated room with excellent housekeeping. As a swimmer, the pool is top notch.
I think the food in the restaurant needs to be upgraded in presentation and quality. Service was good..

I liked the location, which is walking distance into Asheville. Large parking lot. The shower/towels/bathroom were very nice. The beds were comfortable. Amenities were fine.
The room was small by American standards and the air conditioner, while it worked very well, was noisy.

Convenient location and nice pool
I spent 5 nights in a King Room with King Bed, High Floor. The indoor pool and hot tub were great to unwind after exploring downtown. The staff was pretty friendly, but I didn't like paying $20 a day for parking. Couldn't quite get the curtains to close fully, so was slightly annoying.

Comfy beds and we loved the rosemary mint bath products provided! Loved having a cool view of Asheville from the 7th floor.

Very beautiful, close to city and food was good. We were there for New Years and enjoyed the complimentary drinks.

The staff was incredible.....especially your Brazilian restaurant manager (Sa...), Joanne at the bar and Alex at the front desk. Attention to detail - all went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. Loved the pool!
Rooms were way to noisy. The walls are paper thing. Especially in 1005 its down at the end of the corridor. 1027 was better.

It was close to downtown
The only thing about the hotel I liked was it was within walking distance of downtown .The room rates were very high for what was offered. At the prices we paid they should have at least included breakfast We booked this room because we waited to late to get a room for a concert and we took what we could find. We will not stay there next year.

I loved the staff, the bellhop is very helpful in transferring your luggage for you. I loved the beds, very comfortable.
Really could use valet parking seeing we had to park in back and walk down, and it was freezing cold. It was very cold and drafty in lobby due to the rotating door. The bathrooms are very small and tight, but my husband loved the rain shower head....all in all loved it and would definitely stay again.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
My stay lasted for two nights in a spacious Queen Room. The staff greeted us warmly. The common areas could use a refresh. I recommend checking out the nearby local eateries for a taste of Asheville's vibrant culinary scene.
